The Malaysian mobile broadband and data market was worth about RM6 billion (US$2 billion) in 2010 and is expected to reach RM9 billion (US$3 billion) by 2015, according to a report by Frost & Sullivan. According to Nitin Bhat, Partner & Senior Vice President of the Frost & Sullivan ICT Practice Asia Pacific, the mobile subscriber market is heading towards saturation and all market players are looking at mobile broadband as a growth driver.
